This Human platelet lysate product is manufactured inside a clean room under cGMP conditions with extensive cGMP level documentation. Similar to Research grade Plasate™, this product is prepared by pooling platelet lysate obtained from multiple screened donors to reduce lot to lot variability. Each manufacturing step is monitored and controlled to ensure highest standard of quality. cGMP grade products are tested for Mycoplasma in addition to aerobic/anaerobic bacterial sterility testing and endotoxin sterility testing. Each lot is tested for growth of Mesenchymal stem cells to validate the quality of the final product. A certificate of analysis is provided for each lot with quality assurance team approval.
