Go to nybc.bloodhub.com (the Hospital Name and user Name appear at the top of the homepage). Hospital Admin completes this form for each authorized user of BloodHub. Hospital Admin role is the only role that can create users. This role also has authorization to change or modify hospital address information.
Be sure to notify your hospital IT department when BloodHub is planned to launch, and please be sure to accurately designate the correct user role for your staff.
